These Terms & Conditions govern your use of EarlyAccess Cards and earlyaccesscards.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your login credentials, and activity performed through your account. Certain features may require additional verification or permissions.
Marketplace, listings, Vault and swaps
EarlyAccess Cards may provide tools for browsing, buying, selling, listing collectibles, tracking Vault holdings, requesting private prices, and arranging swaps. Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the items and information they submit. Availability, pricing, market values, and historical performance may change and are not guarantees of future value.
Orders, payments and fulfillment
Purchases may be processed by third-party payment providers. Shipping, local pickup, seller fulfillment, fees, taxes, refunds, and other order conditions may vary by transaction and will be presented where applicable.
Memberships and recurring billing
Paid EarlyAccess memberships are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. The price, included features, trial eligibility, and billing timing are shown before checkout. A 7-day introductory trial may be available only to eligible first-time membership customers. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected monthly price will be charged when the trial ends. You may manage or cancel a paid membership through the Stripe billing portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Seller fees and payout release
Standard marketplace sellers pay 12% plus $0.30 per seller/store order. Active Seller & Business members pay 8.5% plus $0.30 per seller/store order. The percentage applies to the product price and not to buyer-paid shipping. The applicable fee and estimated proceeds are displayed in Seller Studio. Seller transfers are released after valid shipment tracking is submitted or completed pickup is confirmed. Transfers and payouts remain subject to payment-provider requirements, reserves, refunds, disputes, fraud review, and applicable law.
Alert and notification services
EarlyAccess Cards may provide in-app, email, browser/device push, and SMS alerts. Notification availability and delivery are not guaranteed and may be delayed by network, carrier, email, browser, device, or third-party service conditions.
SMS / text message terms
By voluntarily opting in to EarlyAccess Cards SMS alerts, you consent to receive recurring transactional text messages relating to your EarlyAccess Cards account, including orders, purchases, sales, Vault requests or offers, swaps, account activity, and service or security notices.
- Consent: SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
- Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS alerts.
- Help: Reply HELP for help.
- Privacy: Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
After an opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message. If you later want to resume messages, you may re-enable SMS alerts through the available account settings or other supported opt-in method.
Acceptable use
You may not use EarlyAccess Cards for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, deceptive listings, unauthorized access, interference with the service, or infringement of third-party rights.
Third-party services
EarlyAccess Cards relies on third-party services for functions such as payments, hosting, authentication, market data, email, SMS, and shipping. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
Market and pricing information
Market prices, charts, grading values, movers, historical data, and related analytics are informational only. They may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable and are not financial or investment advice.
Changes to the service or terms
We may update features or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page or by another reasonable notice where appropriate.
