EarlyAccess Cards (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates earlyaccesscards.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide when you create an account, place an order, list an item, request or accept an offer, participate in swaps, use the Vault, contact us, or configure alerts. This may include your name, email address, mobile phone number, shipping or pickup details, account preferences, and transaction information.
Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not visible to us. Payment card information is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full payment card number.
How we use information
- Provide and operate your EarlyAccess Cards account.
- Process purchases, sales, listings, Vault requests, swaps, local pickup, shipping, and related customer support.
- Send transactional account communications such as purchase confirmations, item-sold notices, order updates, Vault requests or offers, swap updates, security notices, and other account activity.
- Send marketing emails only as permitted by your preferences and applicable law.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
Email communications
We may send transactional email related to your account and activity. Marketing email can be managed through the unsubscribe link in those messages or through available account preferences.
SMS / text message privacy
Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for unrelated marketing.
If you separately opt in to SMS alerts, EarlyAccess Cards may send transactional text messages about orders, purchases, sales, Vault requests and offers, swaps, account activity, security notices, or other important service-related events. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may also disable SMS alerts in your EarlyAccess Cards notification settings when available.
Push notifications
If you enable browser or device push notifications, your browser or operating system will ask for permission. You can revoke push permission at any time through your browser/device settings or EarlyAccess Cards alert preferences.
Service providers and sharing
We may share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate EarlyAccess Cards, such as authentication/database hosting, payments, email delivery, SMS delivery, shipping, fraud prevention, and website hosting. We do not sell personal information.
When you purchase a marketplace item, the seller responsible for that item receives the name and delivery address needed to fulfill the order. Sellers may use that information only for order fulfillment, support, returns, fraud prevention, and legal recordkeeping, and not for unrelated marketing.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser storage and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and operate site features. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers.
Your choices
You may update alert preferences, unsubscribe from marketing emails, opt out of SMS, revoke push permission, or request access to or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements.
